资金转向追捧内房物管及内银股 润地/龙光/碧桂园服务/中海外/龙湖逆升5%-7%

已连日捱沽於美国上市中概股上周五部分股价仍未止跌,连带本港新经济股今天捱沽,拖累恒科指数回吐2.5%报7,928,恒指也反覆回落0.4%报28,221。

反观,资金转向追捧不受中美关系紧张影响的内房与物管股及内银,公布全年业绩增派末期股息的内房升幅较大,中午公布全年多赚5.5%末期股息年增28%的蓝筹中国海外(00688.HK)午後股价高见21.95元,现造21.65元,续升5.6%。

全年多赚9%末期息年增23%的龙湖(00960.HK)延续上周五高收回升近6%势,午後高见51.8元,接近去年11月所创52周高位51.95元,现造51.55元,续升7%,为最强蓝筹。今天放榜的润地(01109.HK)一举升破去年11月所创52周高位39.5元及去年1月所创上市高位40.45元,最高见41.3元,现造41元,续升4.7%,成交增至1,640万股。

上周尾公布全年多赚近16%末期息年增29%至58港仙的龙光集团(03380.HK)续升4.7%曾高见13.3元。

融创中国(01918.HK)、恒大中国(03333.HK)及世茂集团(00813.HK)依次升2.7%-5.1%,分别高见34.95元、16.08元及26.9元。明天放榜万科(02202.HK)续升2.7%曾重越10天线(32.1)高见32.3元。

物管股以上周初公布全年多赚61%末期息年增44.5%至21.87分人民币碧桂园服务(06098.HK)走势最强,股价三连涨,今天更再创纪录高,最高见82元,现造80.6元,续升5.2%。上周公布全年多赚37%末期息年增43%至43分人民币今天获里昂升级至「买入」看64.5元的保利物业(06049.HK)表现较好,股价突破10天线(51.83)曾高见54.3元,现造53元,续升4.5%。上周公布全年多赚末期息年增75%至8.38仙的永升生活服务(01995.HK)及本月31日放榜鑫苑服务(01895.HK)续升3%及4.5%,分别高见20.5元及2.25元。

早前盈喜料全多赚逾50%今天放榜的奥园健康(03662.HK)高见5.97元,现造5.79元,续升4.5%。上周尾公布全年多赚30%末期息年增50%至4.2仙获多间大行升价的中海物业(02669.HK)高见7.58元创逾七个月高,现造7.16元,续升2.4%。

邮储行(01658.HK)及四大国有内银升逾1%-2.5%,全年多赚1.2%末期息略增至26.6分人民币的工行(01398.HK)及全年多赚1.6%末期息略增至32.6元人民币的建行(00939.HK)续升2.6%,分别报5.63元及6.65元。全年多赚1.3%末期息略增至31.7人民币的交行(03328.HK)三连升,今天股价创逾八个月高,现造4.89元,续升5.2%。
