停車行業中的時代先行者，首程控股(00697.HK)連年業績保持雙位數增長
格隆匯3月26日丨首程控股(00697.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止年度，集團持續經營業務收入為7.06億港元，較去年上升78%，其中停車業務收入規模實現172%增長；公司擁有人應占溢利為6.59億港元，較去年上升49%，停車業務於年內實現盈利，擬派末期股息每股5.49港仙，合共4億港元。中期股息3億港元，全年實現股息分配7億港元。
2020年5月，公司正式更名為首程控股有限公司，"首程"傳承敢為天下先之精神，寓意"追求行業領先，共築美好前程"的殷切期待與共同願景。新名稱反映集團現有戰略及業務發展方向，並有利於塑造集團全新品牌形象及企業身份，並向市場傳遞出董事會、管理層以及全體員工對公司遠大前程的美好願景。
2020年公司全面聚焦發展停車出行業務及基礎設施不動產基金管理業務，在公司股東的大力支持下，團隊上下一心、奮發有為，積極抵禦2019新型冠狀病毒疫情對集團業務產生的衝擊。主營業務收入和盈利規模繼續保持快速增長勢頭。
停車出行業務在疫情的嚴峻考驗下，業務拓展有序推進，新建立體停車產品在多地落地並實現複製，收入規模續寫高速增長，同比增長超170%，成為集團的最大收入來源。在新產品線貢獻的可觀收益推動下，停車出行業務首次實現年度盈利。
基礎設施不動產基金管理業務方面，集團在資產管理領域的能力積澱逐步轉化為競爭優勢，基金管理規模穩步擴大。項目建設和招商工作進展順利，基礎設施不動產基金管理業務收入和利潤規模實現穩步增長。
年度內，集團繼續得到戰略投資人的大力支持。公司獲得老股東首鋼控股、歐力士、新創建集團及其附屬公司及MatrixPartnersV的增持，共計募資約17.06億港元。集團亦於2020年8月完成與大灣區共同家園發展基金的可轉換債券認購協議，募資約2.95億港元。
集團亦於2021年2月完成向不少於6名配售股東配發及發行2.1億股配售股份，募資約4.19億港元。上述總計募資約24.2億港元。在投資人的支持下，集團儲備了較大規模的現金，為未來業務發展奠定了堅實的基礎。
