格隆匯 3 月 26日丨浩物股份(000757.SZ)披露2020年度業績快報，實現營業總收入40.88億元，同比下降8.01%；營業利潤7477.98萬元，同比下降56.66%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5274.38萬元，同比下降62.19%；基本每股收益0.08元。
1、2020年，受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響，公司全資子公司內江市鵬翔投資有限公司(“內江鵬翔”)下屬各汽車4S店在疫情期間均遭受門店停業以及客流驟減等狀況，致使內江鵬翔經營業績下滑；疫情期間及恢復正常營業後，內江鵬翔下屬各汽車4S店通過增加線上銷售(抖音、直播、微信全員營銷)等促銷手段、提高促銷力度、提升交車效率以及銷售人員貼身服務等方式，實現營業收入35.06億元，較上年同期下降10.85%；實現營業利潤2778.99萬元，較上年同期下降72.32%；實現利潤總額2778.36萬元，較上年同期下降73.25%；實現淨利潤985.88萬元，較上年同期下降86.80%。具體下降原因如下：
(1)受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響，內江鵬翔下屬各汽車4S店均根據要求於2020年3月中下旬復工復產，但鑑於疫情影響，客户進店意願較低，且展廳限流，直至2020年4月中旬起客户進店才陸續恢復。為追趕停業期間造成的銷量下降，滿足汽車主機廠對銷售返利中銷量的要求，內江鵬翔下屬各汽車4S店加大了整車銷售的促銷力度，致使單車銷售毛利壓縮；內江鵬翔經營的品牌店均為中端汽車品牌，該羣體消費者購車需求和消費能力因受疫情影響短期內有所下降，為保留該部分客户，為未來售後維修、保險以及二手車業務積累客户資源，內江鵬翔下屬各汽車4S店對此類用户的優惠力度加大，部分車型出現了銷售價格低於採購成本的情況。同時，整車消費市場需求被推遲釋放，內江鵬翔實施了部分大客户團購項目，造成整車銷售價格進一步下探，致使毛利水平下降；上游汽車主機廠並未因疫情減少各汽車4S店2020年度的考核任務，導致整車返利減少，整車銷售毛利下降。
(2)新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情期間，居民減少外出，修車、保養等業務推遲，導致內江鵬翔下屬各汽車4S店2020年1-5月期間的維修規模下滑，維修收入減少，負擔的固定費用較重，致使內江鵬翔汽車後市場服務毛利下降。
2、曲軸業務板塊經營業績上升，2020年度實現利潤總額6734.78萬元，較上年同期增加3909.19萬元。
3、公司全資子公司內江峨柴鴻翔機械有限公司上年度收到房屋徵收補償款確認收益影響淨利潤6535.71萬元
