聯易融科技(9959.HK)：BlackRock、Fidelity、紅杉等豪華基石陣容公佈 合計認購約3.65億美元股份
格隆匯3月26日丨聯易融科技(9959.HK)是中國領先的供應鏈金融科技解決方案提供商，騰訊是公司第一大股東，公司股東還包括中信資本及新加坡政府投資等。今天(26日)至下週三(31日)正式公開招股。
特別值得關注的是，本次IPO亦引入了6家明星機構投資者作為基石投資者，包括貝萊德(BlackRock)、富達國際(Fidelity)、Janus Henderson基金、安大略省教師退休金計劃(OTPP)、紅杉(Sequoia)和新加坡經濟發展局(EDB Investment)，合計認購約3.65億美元股份。
聯易融科技計劃全球發售452,878,500股股份，其中約407,590,500股發售股份將用作國際發售（可予調整及視乎超額配股權行使與否而定），其餘約45,288,000股發售股份將作香港發售（可予調整），指示性發售價範圍為每股16.28港元至18.28港元。按上限價計算，最高募集資金總額約83億港元。
聯易融科技是供應鏈金融科技領域的領導者及先行者。根據灼識諮詢數據，按2020年處理的交易量計算，聯易融科技是中國最大的供應鏈金融科技解決方案提供商。在此期間，聯易融的解決方案幫助客户處理的供應鏈金融交易金額達人民幣1,638億元， 市場份額達20.6%。
聯易融科技擁有先進的科技實力。公司利用AI、區塊鏈、大數據和雲技術等變革性技術持續創新解決方案的能力是其維持競爭優勢的基石。例如，公司利用自主研發且、由AI驅動的OCR和NLP技術以及數據分析能力，使得傳統上需要大量人工作業且有操作風險的工作流程自動化。公司利用區塊鏈技術來解決信息透明和安全問題，從而增進信任並有效管理風險。此外，公司的解決方案基於雲端，可以通過移動設備或在線門户隨時隨地使用。
聯易融科技的業務於近年實現了快速增長。公司的供應鏈金融科技解決方案處理的交易總額從2018年的人民幣293億元增長到2019年的人民幣826億元，實現了182%的增長，到2020年，交易總額增長至人民幣1,638億元，同比增長98.3%；與此同時，總收入及收益也從2018年的人民幣383百萬元增長到2019年的人民幣700百萬元，增速達83%，並在2020年實現同比47%的增長，達到人民幣1,029百萬元。公司的盈利能力在業務規模擴張的同時不斷提升，聯易融的經調整淨利潤於2020年達約人民幣1.93億元，較2019年的人民幣0.37億元同比提升近427%。
