格隆匯 3 月 25日丨佛塑科技(000973.SZ)公佈,為了客觀、真實、準確地反映公司截至2020年12月31日的財務狀況、資產價值及經營情況,基於謹慎性原則,公司擬對可能發生資產減值損失的相關資產計提減值準備。經公司第十屆董事會第十一次會議批准,公司已於2020年前三季度計提資產減值準備3517.44萬元,公司2020年擬計提各類信用減值損失和資產減值準備總額為1.59億元,涵蓋了上述2020年前三季度計提資產減值準備金額。
