格隆匯 3 月 25日丨豫園股份(600655.SH)公佈,根據公司戰略發展目標和2021年度的經營計劃,為確保公司經營發展中的資金需求,2021年度母公司計劃借款總額不超過人民幣260.00億;2021年度公司為子公司擔保總額不超過人民幣359.89億;2021年度公司及子公司資產、項目、股權抵(質)押擔保借款計劃總額不超過人民幣355.36億;2021年度公司及子公司或其下屬項目公司按房地產行業經營慣例為商品房購買人提供按揭貸款階段性擔保餘額不超過80.00億元。
