格隆匯3月25日丨富力地產(02777.HK)公佈2020年度業績,期內集團營業額為858.92億元人民幣(單位下同),毛利為203.88億元,公司所有者應占盈利90.05億元,每股基本盈利2.5313元;建議派發末期股息每股0.62元,連同中期股息,全年股息每股1.00元。

2020年,集團權益協議銷售達1388億元,協議銷售面積為1153.09萬平方米,平均售價約每平方米1.20萬元。協議銷售來自219個項目,分佈在國內華北、華東、西北、華南、西南、中南及海南7大區域的27個省份(含直轄市及自治區)以及海外的4個國家。就省份而言,廣東、浙江、山西、海南、陝西、江蘇、重慶、內蒙古、河北及北京為協議銷售額最高的十大省份,合計貢獻權益協議銷售額約1038億元,佔集團總權益協議銷售約75%。2020年度,集團合共推出15個新項目,約佔集團協議銷售總額的13%。

集團2020年土地收購的整體方向繼續以穩健及均衡為主。集團年內所挑選的地塊,以總價合適,利潤預測達標,週轉快速為原則,在12個城市和地區收購共16幅地塊,新增土地的權益可售面積大約385.50萬平方米,16幅地塊的其中14幅位於集團現有經營的城市和地區,兩幅位於新進入的兩個城市。至2020年底,集團土地儲備為權益建築面積約6426.30萬平方米,其中權益可售面積約5187.80萬平方米分佈在國內外99個城市和地區。

2020年度,集團財務狀況改善,債務大幅減少374.1億元;集團資金充裕,2020年底持有現金399.5億元。
