格隆匯 3 月 24日丨北京汽車(01958.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司收入為人民幣1769.73億元，同比增長0.89%；毛利為人民幣421.40億元，同比增長11.97%；公司權益持有人應占年度利潤為人民幣20.29億元，同比減少59.39%；每股收益為人民幣0.24元，提議末期股息每股人民幣0.08元。
集團的收入增加主要是由於北京奔馳收入增加所致。純利下跌主要由於北京品牌及部份投資企業受國內乘用車行業競爭加劇、市場整體低迷等影響而導致利潤下降。
2020年度，面對錯綜複雜的形勢，集團四個業務板塊合計實現整車銷售116.9萬輛，同比下降18.0%。其中：北京品牌積極面對嚴峻市場環境，產銷結構進一步優化；北京奔馳繼續保持強勁勢頭，銷量穩居合資豪華品牌前列；北京現代積極應對行業變革，適時推出多款新產品，從新車、營銷、渠道及保客多方面助力經營良性開展；福建奔馳在整體市場低迷的壓力下也實現了優於市場的經營成果。
2020年度，北京品牌持續優化網絡佈局、提升店面形象、改善網絡結構；北京奔馳以"2020網絡升級計劃"為基礎，引導奔馳品牌零售體系線上線下有效協同，實現"以客户為中心"的轉型升級，不斷提升客户體驗，控制成本、提高效率；北京現代經銷商渠道穩定運營，同時通過優化網絡覆蓋，積極維護網絡體系健康發展。
研發方面，2020年度，北京品牌在研發管理創新和新車型研發上取得成績。全新產品BEIJING-X7、BEIJING-X7PHEV順利上市，體現公司在智能網聯化、新能源化、造型煥新、感知品質等方面的最新成果，提升產品競爭力。同時，開發多款基於中型SUV及中型轎車的新能源車產品，繼續深化與華為、微軟、博世、科大訊飛等科技企業的戰略合作關係，在自動駕駛、智能座艙、網聯通訊等細分領域全面推進"雙輪驅動"戰略穩步實施。
