共達電聲(002655.SZ):擬向銀行申請不超7.6億元綜合授信額度
格隆匯 3 月 23日丨共達電聲(002655.SZ)公佈,公司第四屆董事會第三十次會議決議,審議通過《關於向銀行申請綜合授信的議案》;
公司擬向銀行申請不超過人民幣7.6億元的綜合授信額度(最終以銀行實際審批的授信額度為準),具體融資金額視公司運營資金的實際需求來確定。
同時,為了提高工作效率,保證融資業務辦理手續的及時性,董事會同意授權董事長謝冠宏先生全權代表公司審核並籤署上述授信額度相關的所有文書。
該議案尚需提交公司2020年度股東大會審議。
