格隆匯3月19日丨天安(00028.HK)發佈公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度,公司收益23.59億港元,同比增長6%;公司股東應占溢利6.18億港元,同比減少54%;每股盈利0.41港元,派發年度中期股息每股20港仙(代替末期股息)。
公司股東應占溢利減少主要是因為:應占合營企業業績減少5.6億港元;與升年度集團投資物業的公允價值增加2.47億港元相比,集團投資物業公允價值減少1.665億港元。
