格隆匯 3 月 19日丨*ST六化(600470.SH)披露2020年年度報吿，實現營業收入48.23億元，同比增長10.78%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.68億元，上年同期虧損2.62億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.18億元，上年同期虧損4.08億元；基本每股收益0.32元。
報吿期內，化肥行業面臨農作物種植結構調整、化肥用量零增長、農作物價格低、環保督察嚴等不利因素，公司不斷改善和提升運行質量和效益，通過科技創新和管理創新，開發多種新型肥料，向建設高效、綠色、安全的化肥產業鏈方向發展，公司生產經營基本穩定，化肥價格呈前漲後跌再回升的走勢，總體平穩。
報吿期內，公司持續加大產品結構升級調整，大力推進新產品銷售，推進“新品+差異化”營銷策略，在本部已有控失肥、中微量元素肥、海藻肥、系列專用肥的基礎上，繼續推廣水溶肥、有機肥、菌肥、水產肥、土壤調理劑等新產品，目前公司已擁有10大系列100多款新產品。公司通過大力開展新品推介會、示範觀摩會、網點農民會等形式多樣的宣傳促銷活動，產品銷量創歷史新高。
報吿期內，公司全面推進“市場大拓展、產能大釋放、成本大分析、費用大清理、管理大梳理”五大行動，加快推動內部改革，增強企業發展活力，實現企業增效益，員工增收入。積極調整三大生產基地產品結構，充分發揮裝置優勢，順應市場需求，生產更多更好的產品供應、服務市場；進一步加強市場網絡建設，優化渠道，深耕細作，培育並打造萬噸縣、萬噸區等標杆市場；進一步提升服務市場能力，強化“產品+服務”理念，樹立全員質量意識和市場服務意識，通過SMS系統和裝卸智能升級、組建物流公司等創新性工作，提高工作效率、提升客户體驗，提升服務水平；進一步創新廣吿宣傳工作，利用好微信公眾號、抖音等自媒體平台，為廣大經銷商賦能。
