格隆匯3月15日丨奧海科技(002993.SZ)披露2020年年度報吿,實現營業收入29.45億元,同比增長27.17%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.29億元,同比增長48.53%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3.16億元,同比增長49.55%;基本每股收益2.18元,擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利3元(含税),以資本公積金向全體股東每10股轉增3股。

公司堅持以市場需求為導向,與客户共同進行技術創新、產品創新,竭力為客户提供滿意的產品與服務。多年來一直專注於手機充電器行業的深耕細作,贏得了一批優質穩定的手機頭部企業客户,如:小米、華為、vivo、OPPO、LG、傳音等。尤其是報吿期內,公司克服疫情困難,及時、可靠地保障了下游客户的交付需求,綜合能力獲得了客户的高度認可,進一步贏得了客户的信任與支持。客户粘性的增強,尤其是小米、vivo、傳音等客户,業績增長突出,成為營業收入增長的亮點。

2020年,公司在TOB端銷售取得顯著成績,已經成為多個大客户主要功率及機型的主力供應商,佔據絕對優勢地位。在產品結構方面:隨着客户產品功率越來越大,公司為客户所供應的主要機型也由中小功率向中大功率轉變;隨着快充產品的升級迭代,公司持續優化產品結構,產品單價提升顯著。在市場份額方面:全球手機市場競爭進一步加劇,市場份額向頭部廠商集中。公司客户(小米、vivo、OPPO、傳音等手機頭部廠商)的市場份額迅速增加的同時,公司佔客户的產品份額也在提升。2020年公司在全球手機充電器市場佔有率達到14.50%以上。在戰略佈局方面:由於部分手機品牌不標配充電器產品,公司積極推進並落地“充電器彩盒”套裝系列產品,得到客户的認可並完成相關產品交付;瞄準TOC市場,壯大TOC事業部,積極拓展品牌客户;同步自研並推出PD充電器、GaN充電器、無線充電器等產品,戰略佈局品牌市場。

具體而言,在充電器銷售方面,公司充電器產品銷售收入27.86億元,比2019年增長32.88%,佔公司營業收入的94.59%。

公司堅持在目前手機充電器領域深耕(例如:量產超100W充電器、GaN充電器等)的同時,力求實現橫縱交叉式發展。橫向上擴展至動力能源、網絡能源等領域;目前公司已成立動力能源和網絡能源事業部,並已投入較多資金購進自動化先進設備,引進一批領域內傑出的研發及管理人才。縱向上不斷向下遊延伸;下游除了在TOC市場深耕Mophie、Belkin和綠聯等品牌客户之外,公司已經在佈局差異化的品牌產品,目前已上線深圳移速,推出了相應的充儲類產品;自有品牌“AOHI”也在同步推進,公司的PD充電器、GaN充電器、無線充等品類產品,也將陸續推出,公司自主品牌也將迎來相應的市場機會。
