格隆匯 3 月 15日丨開元酒店(01158.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2020年12月31日止12個月，集團實現收入約人民幣19.28億元，降幅約17.1%；EBITDA約人民幣5.63億元，降幅約24.0%；毛利約人民幣3.35億元，降幅約40.8%；公司擁有人應占盈利約為人民幣1967.3萬元，降幅約90.3%；每股基本及攤薄盈利約為人民幣0.07元。
期內，收入下降主要由於受疫情影響，集團毛利約為人民幣3.35億元，較上年同期下降約40.8%。純利下降主要是由於營收大幅下降，加上酒店數量增加，折舊、攤銷等費用隨之增加，故利潤大幅減少。
報吿期內，集團簽約酒店147家(2019年：150家)，簽約數量受疫情影響較去年同期有所下降，但簽約酒店總數屬於穩定增長趨勢，反映"開元酒店"品牌在全國的影響力不斷提升。於2020年12月31日，公司的酒店組合遍佈於全國的311家在營酒店(截至2019年12月31日：216家)，酒店客房數量約59,231間(截至2019年12月31日：44,785間)，較2019年12月31日增幅分別為約44.0%和約32.3%。於該311家在營酒店中，228家酒店根據全方位服務管理協議經營；40家酒店根據特許經營協議經營；2家為自有酒店，3家為第三方管理酒店，及38家酒店根據租賃協議經營。於2020年12月31日我們已簽約待開業酒店達到278家，客房數量超過50,000間，較2019年12月31日增長約16.3%和12.0%。
此外，2020年12月31日，集團的現金及現金等價物結餘總額約為人民幣2.913億元(於2019年12月31日：約人民幣3.457億元)。另有約人民幣6.135億元定期存款(於2019年12月31日：約人民幣9.092億元)。公司負債均以人民幣計值，無任何外幣負債。
