茂宸集团(00273.HK):附属MPL自愿清盘
茂宸集团(00273.HK)公布,於3月12日,旗下间接附属MPL之唯一股东议决MPL进行自愿清盘,并已相应知会列支敦士登金融市场管理局。
MPL为列支敦士登持牌银行。其总部在列支敦士登之首都Vaduz,从事提供私人银行服务及外部资产管理服务。MPL之客户主要来自德国、奥地利、西班牙、列支敦士登、俄罗斯及瑞士。
公司指,由於MPL面临具挑战之宏观环境及集团之业务前景,集团继续持有MPL可能对集团而言并非有利。董事会认为自愿清盘符合公司及股东之整体最佳利益。
