格隆匯 3 月 11日丨萬國數據-SW(09698.HK)公佈2020年第四季度及全年業績，2020年，淨收入同比增加39.2%至人民幣57.39億元；服務收入同比增長39.6%至人民幣57.169億元；淨虧損為人民幣6.692億元，而2019年的淨虧損為人民幣4.421億元；經調整EBITDA(非公認會計准則)同比增長47.0%至人民幣26.806億元；2020年的每股普通股基本及攤薄虧損為人民幣0.59元，而2019年為人民幣0.45元。
2020年第四季度，淨收入同比增加38.4%至人民幣16.316億元；服務收入同比增長40.3%至人民幣16.275億元；淨虧損為人民幣2.715億元，而2019年第四季度的淨虧損為人民幣1.037億元；經調整EBITDA(非公認會計准則)同比增長43.4%至人民幣7.58億元。
主席兼首席執行官黃偉先生表示：“我們又完成了財務業績卓越的一年，證明了我們在艱難經營環境下的執行能力。我們全年保持着強勁的銷售勢頭，致使已獲客户簽約的總面積增加超過50%。我們在一線市場的資源渠道增加顯著，並加大收購力度，這有利於進一步鞏固我們的市場領先地位。我們在香港的成功上市是又一重要里程碑，增強了我們獲得資本的渠道。隨着雲基礎設施和新興新技術在中國的推出繼續加速，擺在我們面前的機遇不斷擴大，我們將把業務提升到一個新的水平。”
首席財務官Dan Newman先生指出：“我們於2020年再一次實現了一系列強勁的財務業績，實現收入增長39.2%，經調整EBITDA增長47.0%，且經調整EBITDA超過了我們的指引。我們的經調整EBITDA率上升至46.7%，同比增長2.5個百分點。於2020年，我們通過香港首次公開發售及定向增發在股權資本市場籌集所得款項約24億美元，並獲得債務融資及再融資信貸約24億美元，進一步鞏固了我們的資產負債表併為公司未來的增長做好準備。”
