公司擁有人年度應占核心淨利潤(不包括上市開支)約為人民幣2.33億元，同比增幅約93.7%，公司擁有人應占核心淨利潤率增加2.1個百分點至約13.2%。年度每股基本和攤薄盈利為人民幣25分，同比增幅為92.3%。截至2020年12月31日，總合約建築面積(包括城市公服項目)約為111.6百萬平方米，較2019年12月31日約58.0百萬平方米增長約92.4%。
董事會建議截至2020年12月31日止年度末期股息每股普通股人民幣7.1分。

此外，公司共有67項合約物業管理項目尚未移交予公司管理，未交付建築面積約為12.9百萬平方米，憑藉良好的質量與市場口碑，公司已擴張至蘇州、重慶、武漢、成都、南京、鄭州、寧波、瀋陽、無錫、湖州、廊坊、南寧等城市。
於2020年，公司快速擴大物業管理服務組合，通過內生擴展以及戰略性的收購及投資機會來增加公司的業務規模和市場份額，以及多樣化公司的業務範圍。
