深圳華強(000062.SZ)：擬分拆華強電子網集團至深交所創業板上市
格隆匯 3 月 9日丨深圳華強(000062.SZ)公佈，公司擬將控股子公司華強電子網集團分拆至深交所創業板上市。華強電子網集團以互聯網平台和大數據作為核心能力，專注於提供電子元器件等產品的綜合信息服務及全球採購服務。具體而言，華強電子網集團利用自有的行業領先的互聯網平台和先進的大數據、互聯網技術，在綜合信息服務方面，為電子行業上下游客户提供產品信息展示、供需信息發佈、品牌廣吿、行業研究、SaaS、物流及行業媒體等服務，積累了豐富的會員、用户、供需信息、行業信息等資源，併成為了眾多客户高效獲取行業信息、與上下游進行高效溝通的窗口和快速提升競爭實力的賦能平台；在全球採購服務方面，針對電子元器件碎片化採購需求難以提前預測、小批量、不穩定、多樣化、分散、高頻、時效性要求非常高等特點，華強電子網集團自主研發了國內領先的高效智能採購服務平台，基於多年構建和積澱的供應渠道資源、客户信用、客户畫像和產品型號、價格及庫存等大數據，整合綜合信息服務業務積累的豐富的行業和用户等數據資源，實現供需即時匹配，業務數據實時交互，為境內、境外客户提供快速的產品規格庫匹配、全球比價、庫存查詢、採購執行、標準化倉儲和物流管理服務等一系列服務，高效滿足客户電子元器件等產品的碎片化採購需求。
通過此次分拆，深圳華強將進一步實現業務聚焦，集中資源做大做強主營業務——電子元器件授權分銷業務，不斷強化公司在國內電子元器件授權分銷行業的領先地位，同時保持電子元器件及電子終端產品實體交易市場的穩健經營；華強電子網集團則將通過創業板上市實現與資本市場的直接對接，發揮資本市場直接融資的功能和優勢，增強自身資金實力及投融資能力，建立符合大數據、互聯網行業特點的人才結構和激勵機制，加大技術研發投入，加快資源整合，進一步提升華強電子網集團的經營管理能力、品牌知名度、社會影響力，促進其業務進一步加速發展，從而增強公司及所屬子公司的盈利能力和綜合競爭力。
