正元智慧(300645.SZ)及控股子公司擬向卓然實業租賃房屋用於日常辦公
格隆匯 3 月 9日丨正元智慧(300645.SZ)公佈，公司及控股子公司浙江雲馬智慧科技有限公司(“雲馬智慧”)、浙江堅果智慧科技有限公司(“堅果智慧”)、浙江小蘭智慧科技有限公司(“小蘭智慧”)、杭州容博教育科技有限公司(“容博教育”)、浙江正元數據科技有限公司(“正元數據”)因日常經營需要，擬與杭州卓然實業有限公司(“卓然實業”)簽訂《寫字樓租賃合同》及《物業服務協議》，向卓然實業租賃房屋用於日常辦公。
1、公司擬向卓然實業租賃位於杭州市餘杭區舒心路359號正元智慧大廈A幢1303室、14層、15層、1602室、17層、18層、1902室，租賃面積為7,546.47平方米，租賃期限自2021年1月1日起至2023年5月5日止。
2、雲馬智慧擬向卓然實業租賃位於杭州市餘杭區舒心路359號正元智慧大廈A幢11層08室-15室，租賃面積為787.87平方米，租賃期限自2021年5月15日起至2023年5月14日止。
3、堅果智慧擬向卓然實業租賃位於杭州市餘杭區舒心路359號正元智慧大廈A幢15層12室-15室，租賃面積為465.58平方米，租賃期限自2021年5月6日起至2023年5月5日止。
4、小蘭智慧擬向卓然實業租賃位於杭州市餘杭區舒心路359號正元智慧大廈A幢11層01室-07室，租賃面積為621.21平方米，租賃期限自2021年5月18日起至2023年5月17日止。
5、容博教育擬向卓然實業租賃位於杭州市餘杭區舒心路359號正元智慧大廈A幢12層，租賃面積為1,409.08平方米，租賃期限自2021年5月6日起至2023年5月5日止。
6、正元數據擬向卓然實業租賃位於杭州市餘杭區舒心路359號正元智慧大廈A幢1001室，租賃面積為481.76平方米，租賃期限自2021年2月1日起至2022年12月31日止。
