调查:54%受访雇主表示第二季人手将维持不变 24%有意裁员
万宝盛华大中华(02180.HK)公布香港今年第二季「就业展望调查」报告。受访的136名雇主中,22%雇主表示来季有意增聘人手,表示缩减人手有24%,而54%表示维持不变,经季节性调整就业展望指数为负2%。
六个行业中有三个行业的雇主预计将在未来三个月招聘意欲较低。批发及零售业净就业展望指数为负4%。服务业的展望为负2%,采矿与建筑业的展望为负1%。而制造业方面,预期招聘速度将保持平稳,报告展望为0%。其余两个行业,即金融、保险和房地产业,以及运输与公用事业的增长步伐缓慢,就业展望指数同为1%。
万宝盛华大中华高级副总裁徐玉珊表示,纵然疫苗接种开始,但人力市场仍在探索不断转变的经济环境,各行业的招聘活动各有不同,但仍然非常审慎,招聘步伐预计会减慢。特别是那些受到严重影响的行业,雇主将冻结招聘,传统零售、旅行和酒店业的新职位空缺数量将减少。
