《兩會》禹洲林龍安倡利用香港雙向橋樑作用參與內地雙循環戰略
內媒報道,今年兩會,全國人大代表、禹洲集團(01628.HK)主席林龍安提交了一份《關於利用香港雙向橋樑作用貢獻國家「雙循環」戰略的建議》。林龍安在建議中指,內地在疫情下作為帶動國際經濟復甦的火車頭,香港可憑藉優勢貢獻國家在「雙循環」戰略發展中所需,同時藉此走出困境、重振經濟。
林龍安提出,香港成為國內大循環的「參與者」和國際循環的「促成者」,進一步強化在國際循環中的「中介人」角色;利用香港基礎科研力量為內地科技創新產業發展服務;並依託大灣區和「一帶一路」參與「雙循環」。
他又建議,香港在創新金融領域與內地加強合作,及幫助內地通過外資連接國際市場。
