《两会》李小加倡「滴灌通」透过香港引资内地中小企
前港交所(00388.HK)行政总裁兼全国政协委员李小加於两会上提案,建议透过「滴灌通」,经香港把全球过剩流动性引入内地中小企。
他表示,现时国际资本跟内地中小实体完全割裂,创建「滴灌通」系统可充分利用香港国际金融中心地位,为国际投资者搭建一套便捷投资国内中小实体的服务平台,国际资本可投资於内地大量需要转型升级的中小企,冀人行、外管局及商务部门回应,并给予指导及协调,在外资进出内地方面提供便捷政策。
