BIS:全球债市借贷成本急增或完全改变金融市场前景
国际清算银行(BIS)发表最新季度报告指,过去一个月全球债市借贷成本急增,可能完全改变金融市场前景,又指散户疯狂炒作游戏驿站(GameStop)(GME.US)等股票,加剧市场震荡。
国际清算银行货币与经济部主管Claudio Borio指,市场最新已开始怀疑低利率还能持续多久,又指债券收益率上升及再通胀炒作,造成金融市场前景完全改观。他认为市场是否再次出现一如2013年的「缩表」恐慌,关键取决於全球经济增长是否加快,与及主要央行对债券收益率上升的反应,央行不得不弄清楚债券收益率上升,对控制通胀与避免金融市场失控目标所隐含的意义。
他亦表示,股市暴涨暴跌是散户疯狂参与下的典型表现。
