格隆匯 2 月 26日丨大成糖業(03889.HK)公吿,於截至2020年12月31日止年度,集團可能錄得不多於2100萬港元的純利(未經計及下文所述的可能税務影響),而於截至2019年12月31日止年度則為虧損淨額約1.626億港元。
有可能轉虧為盈主要是由於公司中國法律顧問於2021年二月底確認物業所有權轉讓,因此,公司可就物業徵收於年度的損益表中確認一次性收益。茲提述大成生化科技集團有限公司與公司日期為2020年9月30日聯合公吿,內容有關就集團所擁有物業物業徵收("帝豪徵收")所簽訂的賠償協議。
於公吿日期,公司管理層正在確定有關帝豪徵收的税務影響,其可能對公司的損益表造成負面財務影響,並可能導致年度錄得虧損淨額。公司將於適當時候根據上市規則及適用法例作出進一步公吿。
