晶晨股份(688099.SH)業績快報：2020年度淨利潤降26.58%至1.16億元
格隆匯 2 月 25日丨晶晨股份(688099.SH)發佈2020年度業績快報，實現營業總收入27.38億元，同比增長16.14%；營業利潤1.22億元，同比下降27.92%；利潤總額1.19億元，同比下降29.70%；歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤1.16億元，同比下降26.58%；歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8429萬元，同比下降40%；基本每股收益0.28元。
報吿期內，公司淨利潤未實現與收入同步增長主要系受股權激勵和外匯波動加劇的綜合影響，具體情況為：(1)2020年因股權激勵確認的股份支付費用總額為7386.49萬元，較上年同期增加6948.66萬元，對歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤的影響為6938.04萬元(已考慮相關所得税費用的影響)。
(2)2020年第四季度美元對人民幣匯率大幅下降，公司全年匯兑損失5729.69萬元，較上年同期增加5409.01萬元，對歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤的影響為5148.51萬元(已考慮相關所得税費用的影響)。
剔除上述影響後，報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為23690.20萬元，較上年同期上升43.31%。
2020年上半年受疫情影響，公司下游終端客户訂單需求量減少，公司營業收入同比出現一定程度下降，第一季度、第二季度收入同比分別下降28.23%、下降4.45%，同時因持續的運營投入，相關費用同比上升，造成虧損。
2020年下半年受益於疫情防控形勢的好轉，國內市場需求回暖以及海外市場需求進一步提升，公司經營業績持續向好，連續兩個季度營業收入創歷史新高，第三季度、第四季度收入同比分別增長41.95%、增長49.44%，其中，第四季度實現營收97348.59萬元，單季度淨利潤突破億元。
綜上所述，2020年度公司業績持續改善，全年芯片出貨量首次突破1億顆，經營活動產生的現金流量淨額亦大幅增加。隨着疫情影響的逐漸減弱，宏觀經濟復甦，上下游企業逐步恢復等，公司未來業績有望進一步改善，但公司具體業績存在一定不確定性。
公司本着服務全球客户、進一步做大做強全球化業務為目標，持續加大研發投入，2020年公司發生研發費用57975.52萬元，較上年同期上升25.56%。報吿期內，公司實施了股權激勵計劃以吸引和留住優秀人才；通過擴充研發團隊，新設研發中心等方式，進一步增強研發實力。
