《大行报告》里昂下调澳博(00880.HK)评级至「跑赢大市」 目标价微升至12.39元
里昂发表报告表示,澳博(00880.HK)去年第四季业绩逊色,录得EBITDA亏损达3.23亿元,且公司於贵宾厅及中场市占率有所下降,集团预计「上葡京」於今年第二季开幕。
报告又指,即使农历新年期间访澳旅客量不俗,但赌收持续疲弱;在「上葡京」更清晰的成本及对其贵宾厅收益前景更为审慎下,该行下调澳博今年度EBITDA预测43%,评级由「买入」降至「跑赢大市」,但目标价则由11.85元升至12.39元。
