當代置業(01107.HK)提前要約贖回海外優先票據 目標規模5,000萬美元
當代置業(01107.HK)公布,回購並註銷於今年10月到期之票據,目標回購金額5,000萬美元,回購價格102.75,較市場交易價格溢價20個基點。
公司指,自去年在全球疫情的衝擊影響下,經濟不確定性增強,境外債行情反復震盪。當代置業在資金流動性充裕的情況下,主動回購部分優先票據,進一步優化債務結構,在降低有息負債和節省利息支出的同時,傳遞出企業運營管控良好信號,有利於穩定投資者的信心。
