深圳華強(000062.SZ)：擬參股星思半導體暨簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 2 月 22日丨深圳華強(000062.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年2月22日召開董事會會議，審議通過了《關於公司擬參股星思半導體暨簽署戰略合作協議的議案》，同意公司與上海星思半導體有限責任公司(“星思半導體”)簽訂《戰略合作協議》，充分發揮各自在人才、技術、資金和資源等方面的優勢，本着優勢互補、共同發展的基本原則，在股權、業務等方面進行持續性的友好合作；對於合作內容中涉及的公司以CVC投資(基於產業的財務投資)方式小比例參股星思半導體的股權投資事宜，同意授權公司管理層在不超過1000萬元的投資額度範圍內制定、實施具體投資方案，簽署投資相關協議，辦理與該次投資相關的一切事宜。
星思半導體是一家專注於“5G萬物互聯連接芯片”的初創型半導體設計公司，基於其組建的在通信、計算等行業深耕20多年的頂級創始團隊和一流的技術團隊，目前已初步構建了成熟的IPD研發體系，具有很強的產品定義、開發能力和行業資源整合能力，致力於以5G 連接為核心，專注研發5G連接處理器芯片、相關外圍芯片和集成應用芯片，構建以個人模塊、工業模塊、車載模塊、邊緣計算等為核心的整體解決方案。

從股權合作的角度，公司此次與星思半導體的合作，符合公司以電子元器件交易服務平台為依託向電子產業鏈上游延伸拓展的發展規劃。星思半導體創始團隊在半導體行業擁有廣泛影響力，可以為公司持續推薦電子產業鏈上的CVC投資機會，而公司擬小比例參股星思半導體本身也是公司進行的一次CVC投資。公司以電子元器件交易服務平台形成的產業功能和價值為基礎，通過持續開展CVC投資，不斷卡位和佈局電子產業鏈上游產業，一方面，有助於公司逐步打造形成集聚各種設計、製造和銷售資源的產業鏈生態，促進公司和公司投資的企業持續雙向賦能並提升賦能效果；另一方面，也將為公司穩步探索向產業鏈更高價值領域轉型或創新發展更具價值的商業模式提供有力支撐，從而推動公司逐漸形成以產業促投資、以投資促投資、以投資促產業的良性循環。
