第一太平(00142.HK)附屬出售泰國收費道路營運商權益 涉11.6億元
第一太平(00142.HK)公布,旗下附屬FPM Tollway已同意出售而該等買方已同意購買出售股份,合共相當於AIF Toll Roads之全部已發行股本,有關總作價約為1.4925億美元(相等於約11.642億港元),須由該等買方於完成時全數以現金支付。
AIF Toll Roads於DMT中擁有約29.45%股權,而DMT為泰國曼谷之主要收費道路營運商。完成預計將於今年2月19日落實。於完成後,集團將不再擁有AIF Toll Roads及DMT的任何權益。
