密爾克衞(603713.SH)：兩家子公司完成經營範圍變更
格隆匯 2 月 10日丨密爾克衞(603713.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司“張家港保税區巴士物流有限公司”、“張家港保税港區密爾克衞化工物流有限公司”於2021年2月9日分別對其經營範圍進行了變更。相關工商變更登記手續已辦理完畢，並取得了由江蘇省張家港保税區市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》。具體情況如下：
張家港保税區巴士物流有限公司經營範圍變更如下：
變更前：普通貨物倉儲；化學品的分裝、灌裝（其中危險化學品限按批准文件所列項目經營）；罐箱堆存、檢驗、維修、技術及諮詢服務；國際貨運代理；信息諮詢服務（不含投資諮詢、金融信息諮詢）；貨物或技術進出口（國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外）。（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
變更後：普通貨物倉儲；化學品的分裝、灌裝（其中危險化學品限按批准文件所列項目經營）；罐箱堆存、檢驗、維修、技術及諮詢服務；國際貨運代理；信息諮詢服務（不含投資諮詢、金融信息諮詢）；貨物或技術進出口（國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外）。（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
許可項目：危險化學品倉儲（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準）
張家港保税港區密爾克衞化工物流有限公司經營範圍變更如下：
變更前：自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務（國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外），國際貨運代理，普通貨物倉儲、分撥，與區外有進出口經營權企業間的貿易，對所存貨物進行流通性的簡單加工，與物流相關的服務，化工產品批發（危險化學品除外），提供勞務服務，企業管理諮詢。（倉儲待消防驗收合格後方可開展經營；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
變更後：自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務（國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外），國際貨運代理，普通貨物倉儲、分撥，與區外有進出口經營權企業間的貿易，對所存貨物進行流通性的簡單加工，與物流相關的服務，化工產品批發（危險化學品除外），提供勞務服務，企業管理諮詢。（倉儲待消防驗收合格後方可開展經營；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
許可項目：危險化學品倉儲（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準）
