微盟集團(02013.HK)入選MSCI中國全流通指數 中國SaaS獲國際認可
2月10日凌晨，全球最大的指數公司明晟公司(MSCI)公佈今年二月的季度指數審閲結果顯示，包括微盟集團(02013.HK)在內的19只股票納入MSCI中國全流通指數。這也是自2020年微盟集團入選MSCI中國小型股指數、恆生科技指數後，再次獲得資本市場的認可。
MSCI指數是摩根士丹利資本國際公司MSCI(明晟)推出的投資人蔘考指數，是全球投資組合經理採用最多、影響力最大的指數，是股票市場和個股國際影響力的重要體現。其中，MSCI中國全流通指數是MSCI是覆蓋中國市場的旗艦指數，涵蓋了中國A股，H股，B股，紅籌股，P股和外國上市(例如ADR)的中型股指數，是海外主流投資者的中國標的，阿里巴巴、騰訊、美團等中國知名互聯網新經濟公司均在MSCI中國全流通指數成分股中。此次調整，與微盟集團一同被納入MSCI中國全流通指數的還有農夫山泉、明源雲等港股上市公司，以及美的集團等A股上市公司，變動將於2月26日收盤後實施。
2020年以來，新冠疫情大流行造成全球局勢動盪，經濟穩步增長的中國市場成為全球資產配置的“避風港”，中國領先的互聯網科技公司在資本市場更是持續受到海外投資機構的青睞，港股市場的中國SaaS公司自去年以來一直受到資金持續關注，SaaS概念板塊迎來爆發式上漲。其中，此次被納入MSCI中國全流通指數的微盟集團成立於2013年，於2019年初在港交所主板上市，被稱作“新經濟SaaS第一股”，主要通過SaaS產品和精準營銷為企業數字化轉型服務。在疫情爆發的2020年，微盟集團依託大客化、生態化、國際化三大核心戰略和在微信小程序、智慧零售、直播電商、社交廣吿等領域的深入佈局，不僅業績逆勢增長，市場表現更加可圈可點。2020年微盟集團股價漲幅高達311%，並帶動一批SaaS概念股集體爆發。今年開年以來微盟集團延續強勢行情，不僅獲得各大投行紛紛唱多，還成為今年南下資金的重點關注對象。截至2月9日收盤，微盟集團股價較2021年初已上漲87.95%，市值596.21億港元。
對於中國市場未來的發展，MSCI表示充滿信心，認為中國將為全球投資者提供巨大機會。分析人士指出，在企業數字化升級的推動下，中國的SaaS行業正迎來高速發展的黃金期。作為港股SaaS行業龍頭，入選MSCI中國全流通指數意味着國際市場認可微盟集團在中國SaaS行業的領導地位及長期投資價值。隨着調整正式生效，微盟集團在國際市場的知名將進一步提升，有望吸引國際資金持續湧入，公司股價也將獲得資金和情緒的雙支撐。
