*ST拉夏(603157.SH)：收到債權轉讓通知及債務催收通知
格隆匯 2 月 9日丨*ST拉夏(603157.SH)公佈，公司於2021年2月5日收到中國華融資產管理股份有限公司上海自貿試驗區分公司(“華融資產”)《債權轉讓通知》及《債務催收通知》。
債權轉讓通知內容：
2020年12月，交通銀行股份有限公司上海市分行(“交行”)與華融資產簽署了《不良資產批量轉讓協議》，交行將涉及下表所示公司的主債權、抵押債權、擔保債權及相關費用全部轉讓至華融資產，並於2021年1月8日在《文彙報》上刊登《交通銀行股份有限公司上海市分行與中國華融資產管理股份有限公司上海自貿試驗區分公司債權轉讓通知暨債務催收聯合公吿》。轉讓債權明細如下(交易基準日：2020年11月16日)：
根據通知內容，交行作為上述債權和擔保權利的轉讓方、以及華融資產作為上述債權和擔保權利的受讓方，要求公司及公司子公司改向華融資產承擔主債權、擔保合同約定的還本付息義務及擔保責任。
債務催收通知內容：
根據債務催收通知，華融資產根據貸款主合同約定，宣佈公司全資子公司上海微樂所負債務(對應上述轉讓債權明細表中第二筆債務)提前到期，到期日為2021年1月18日。上海微樂應在該日前歸還全部債務本金並結清利息，共計人民幣360,955,129.97元，其中本金為人民幣347,776,589.90元，利息為人民幣13,178,540.88元(暫計至2021年1月18日)。自前款規定的到期日次日/逾期日起，按貸款主合同約定計收罰息、對應付未付的利息計收復利。請抵押人立即督促債務人主動履行債務，同時華融資產有權依據抵押合同及相關法律直接行使抵押權，在拍賣、變賣抵押物後，優先受償所得款項。
上述債權人變更不會對公司生產經營造成不利影響，公司後續將與債權受讓方華融資產積極協商，力爭就債務解決方法達成一致意見，積極維護公司及全體股東的利益。因債務提前到期，公司及公司子公司可能需支付債務逾期相關違約金、滯納金和罰息等，從而導致公司財務費用增加。同時，若未能妥善解決上述債務逾期事宜，公司及公司子公司可能會因此面臨訴訟、被強制執行等風險。
