格隆匯2月8日丨吉電股份(000875.SZ)公佈,為加快推進內蒙古區域內及周邊能源資源的開發進度,公司擬成立全資子公司—內蒙古吉電智慧能源有限公司(暫定名,最終以工商註冊名稱為準),註冊資金5000萬元。
公司表示,成立內蒙古吉電智慧能源有限公司,負責內蒙古及其周邊的新能源項目的開發、建設及運營工作,有利於搶佔優質資源,拓展公司清潔能源產業佈局,擴大清潔能源產業規模,建立品牌形象,對區域佈局具有推進作用,符合公司發展的需要。
