新世界发展(00017.HK)荃湾西住宅项目「柏傲湾」重推2个早前挞大订单位,均获买家承接。其中一伙成交单位为海景四房一套户,实用面积1,039平方尺,折实售价2,188.8万元,尺价21,066元。
据了解,项目累售共982伙单位,占项目99%,住宅单位及车位共套现逾103亿元,目前尚余最後1伙待售,单位为顶层海景一房户,实用面积421平方尺。
