据报阿里巴巴(09988.HK)50亿美元债需求强劲
《路透》报道,阿里巴巴(09988.HK)称周五(5日)已完成大规模美元债发行交易,筹资50亿美元。最终敲定的定价收益率较美债升水,比周四(4日)公布的初步价格指引更低,显示即便公司受到反垄断调查,市场对公司发行的债券需求仍然强劲。
阿里巴巴是次发债分四个期限,包括10年、20年、30年期及40年期。据直接了解情况的消息人士称,各券种需求都十分强劲,公司决定将定价的升水幅度收窄30至40个基点,而投资者并不担心集团及其创始人马云的商业帝国在内地面临的更严格官方审查。
据报是次发行的10年期债券筹得资金15亿美元,定价较美国10年期公债收益率升水100个基点,初步价格指引为升水130个基点。20年期债部分以升水100个基点的价格筹得10亿美元,初步价格指引为升水140基点。30年期和40年期债券也以较初步价格指引的升水幅度窄30个基点的水平,共筹资25亿美元。
