永利股份(300230.SZ)：2020年度由盈轉虧 預虧4.6億元-5.98億元
格隆匯 1 月 30日丨永利股份(300230.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損4.6億元—5.98億元，上年同期盈利2.64億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損4.85億元—6.305億元，上年同期盈利1.24億元。業績變動原因如下：
(一)計提商譽減值前的實際經營情況
2020年公司的實際經營情況為：實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計為1.82億元～2.3億元，比上年同期下降12.76%～30.96%。報吿期內，受全球範圍內新冠疫情及市場環境等因素的影響，青島英東模塑科技集團有限公司(“英東模塑”)和煒豐國際控股有限公司(“煒豐國際”)所在的精密模塑行業，下游客户需求降低，導致2020年經營狀況未達預期，報吿期內公司營業收入及毛利下滑，對業績產生負面影響。其中，英東模塑上半年受疫情影響導致產品生產量下降，產能利用率較低，同時國內整車市場持續低迷，儘管下半年英東模塑積極應對市場變化，但2020年整體業績未達到預期；煒豐國際受全球疫情影響，海外業務萎縮，同時產品結構變化引起總體毛利率下降，導致2020年收入及利潤情況不及預期。
(二)商譽減值計提情況
根據財政部《企業會計準則》及中國證監會《會計監管風險提示第8號——商譽減值》的相關要求，綜合客觀因素和未來業務發展判斷，公司對收購英東模塑和煒豐國際所形成的商譽進行了初步減值測試後，擬計提商譽減值準備範圍為6.9億元至7.8億元(實際計提金額需依據評估機構出具的商譽減值測試評估報吿及會計師事務所審計後數據進行確定)。
此次計提商譽減值後，預計2020年度公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損為4.6億元-5.98億元。
(三)非經常性損益
公司預計2020年度非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額約為2689萬元，上年同期非經常性損益對淨利潤的影響金額為1.39億元。
