中山金馬(300756.SZ)：2020年度由盈轉虧 預虧1650萬元–2450萬元
格隆匯 1 月 30日丨中山金馬(300756.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1650萬元–2450萬元，上年同期盈利1.1億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損3330萬元–4130萬元，上年同期盈利8968.87萬元。業績變動原因如下：
1、報吿期內，由於新冠疫情爆發，公司生產經營活動受到較大的影響。儘管下半年公司全力爭搶時間，積極推進產品的檢驗、驗收、交付工作，努力把上半年疫情影響降至最低，但仍不能彌補上半年業績缺口，導致全年度經營業績無法恢復至正常水平。2020年度，公司實現營業收入預測為3.4億元-4.2億元，較上年同期下降32.83%-45.62%。同時，由於公司依照《企業會計準則》等規定對期末相關資產計提減值準備時，基於謹慎性原則，公司對個別由於疫情影響導致經營情況加劇惡化的客户的逾期應收款項單項計提信用減值損失(本項計提屬偶發性)；預計全年計提信用減值損失及資產減值損失合計約為5570萬元，其中本年因單項計提而增加信用減值損失金額約為3,801萬元。因此，公司2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東淨利潤預測為虧損1650萬元-2450萬元。
2、2020年度，預計非經常性損益對歸屬上市公司股東淨利潤的影響金額約為1680萬元。
3、2020年，公司上下齊心協力，市場拓展工作取得良好業績，實現了全年度新增訂單同比增長，在手訂單持續充沛，部分募投項目竣工促進產能提升。隨着疫苗的推出，全球疫情防控形勢逐步好轉，經濟基本面不斷改善。中央提出發揮我國超大規模市場優勢和內需潛力，構建國內國際雙循環相互促進的新發展格局，為遊樂行業的發展帶來巨大機遇。公司將全力把握機遇，充分發揮研發創意能力行業領先、市場核心競爭力強等優勢，持續穩健做好各項經營管理工作，加快推進文旅終端運營業務，不斷提升企業經營效益，努力實現公司發展的戰略目標。
