红星美凯龙(01528.HK)发盈警,预计2020年度实现归属股东净利润介乎17.11-19.71亿人民币,较2019年减少56%-61.8%。
2020年度受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响,为了积极配合疫情防控及支持商户发展,公司主动免除自营商场相关租户一个月的租金及管理费,并对部分受疫情影响严重的委管商场给予相应优惠支持,对受疫情影响最严重的个别自营商场的商户在免除一个月租金及管理费的基础上给予进一步的租金优惠,导致相关业务收入的下降。此外,疫情也使得公司项目前期品牌谘询委托管理服务以及建造施工业务的进度有所延缓,从而使得相应收入下降。
