公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤預計為4.60億元,較上年同期(追溯調整前)增長20.30億元,增幅129.30%,主要原因為:公司電解鋁業務盈利能力增加及上年同期計提大額減值準備。2020年度,公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計為3.00億元,較上年同期(追溯調整前)下降10.45億元,降幅77.70%,主要原因為上年同期公司確認了山西省左權縣高家莊煤礦探礦權轉讓收益32.55億元、河南神火光明房地產開發有限公司股權轉讓收益4.35億元。
