格隆匯 1 月 29日丨三聚環保(300072.SZ)公佈，結合公司發展戰略及經營情況，根據《中華人民共和國公司法》及其他法律法規和《公司章程》的規定，公司擬對經營範圍進行變更，具體如下：
原章程中經營範圍：經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：委託生產、加工化工產品；銷售機械設備、化工產品(不含危險化學品及一類易製毒化學品)；銷售煤炭、焦炭、燃料油、潤滑油、基礎油、蠟油、渣油、化肥、生物質炭、土壤改良劑；貨物進出口、技術進出口、代理進出口；技術開發、技術轉讓、技術推廣、技術諮詢、技術服務；機械設備設計；施工總承包；工程項目管理；工程勘察設計、規劃設計；市場調查；企業管理；資產管理、投資管理；經濟貿易諮詢、投資諮詢、企業管理諮詢；企業策劃、設計；商務服務；租賃機械設備。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動。)
變更為：經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：委託生產、加工化工產品、生物質燃料、生物基材料及產品(危險化學品及民爆物品除外)；銷售機械設備、化工產品(不含危險化學品及一類易製毒化學品)、煤炭(不在北京地區開展實物煤的交易、儲運活動)、焦炭、燃料油、潤滑油、潤滑油的基礎油、蠟油、林產油脂、生物基材料及產品、化肥、生物質炭、土壤改良劑；貨物進出口、技術進出口、代理進出口；技術開發、技術轉讓、技術推廣、技術諮詢、技術服務；機械設備設計；施工總承包；工程項目管理；工程勘察設計、規劃設計；市場調查；企業管理；資產管理、投資管理；經濟貿易諮詢、投資諮詢、企業管理諮詢；企業策劃、設計；商務服務；租賃機械設備。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動。)
上述公司經營範圍變更最終以工商行政管理部門的核準結果為準。
