上海電氣(02727.HK)轉讓部分資產予關連方 料產生損失178萬人幣
上海電氣(02727.HK)公布,今日(29日)董事會審議及通過了相關議案,同意公司全資附屬上鍋公司將其部分應收賬款、其他應收款、存貨和其他非流動資產轉讓給控股股東附屬企發公司,預計代價為1.74億元人民幣(下同),資產轉讓價格以最終經國資備案的估值結果為準。
資產轉讓後,預期對公司將產生損失約178萬元,資產轉讓款將用於補充上鍋公司的運營資金。
