格隆匯 1 月 28日丨光線傳媒(300251.SZ)公佈，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.3億元-3億元，同比下降68.34%-75.73%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤17055萬元-24055萬元，同比下降72.28%-80.35%。
報吿期內，公司所屬行業受疫情衝擊尤為嚴重，直接導致公司業務受影響巨大；但在此嚴峻背景下，公司上下一心，團結努力，仍體現出了與行業地位相稱的戰鬥力以及盈利能力。具體説明如下：
1. 報吿期受疫情影響，在下半年電影院逐步恢復開放後，公司方有新片上映，電影業務受到較大影響。報吿期內，公司參與投資、發行或協助推廣並計入本報吿期票房的影片總票房約為67.87億元，其中：報吿期內上映了《妙先生》《八佰》《蕎麥瘋長》《我的女友是機器人》《姜子牙》《金剛川》《如果聲音不記得》《崖上的波妞》等影片，總票房約為62.85億元；公司參與投資、發行的於2019年上映並有部分票房計入本報吿期的影片包括《誤殺》《兩隻老虎》《南方車站的聚會》，報吿期總票房約為5.02億元。公司電影票房收入因疫情受到較大影響，電影業務利潤較上年同期下降；但得益於公司多年來在電影行業的豐富積累及在電影衍生業務領域的佈局、拓展，公司電影衍生收入及利潤較上年同期大幅增長，同時電影業務毛利率同步上升。
2. 報吿期內，公司確認了《新世界》的電視劇投資收入，電視劇業務利潤較上年同期減少。
3. 根據《企業會計準則》等相關要求，公司基於謹慎性原則，對公司資產進行了減值測試並相應計提資產減值準備，最終計提金額將由公司聘請的審計機構進行審計後確認。本次業績預吿相關數據已考慮上述減值影響，敬請投資者注意。
4. 公司預計2020年度非經常性損益約為5,945萬元，較上年同期下降，主要為2019年度處置長期股權投資的收益較多所致。
報吿期內，儘管受疫情影響，公司上映的電影項目有限，但已儲備及正在推進的項目豐富，其他各業務板塊也在持續推進及佈局中，這些都為公司後續發展提供了堅實保障。
