*ST飛馬(002210.SZ)：2020年實現扭虧為盈 預盈73.56億元-95.05億元
格隆匯 1 月 28日丨*ST飛馬(002210.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤73.56億元～95.05億元，上年同期虧損123.26億元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損6.88億元～8.89億元，上年同期虧損119.78億元。
報吿期內，公司實現扭虧為盈、經營業績及財務狀況發生重大變化，主要原因是深圳市中級人民法院(以下簡稱“深圳中院”)於2020年12月17日作出了(2020)粵03破568號之一號《民事裁定書》，裁定批准《深圳市飛馬國際供應鏈股份有限公司重整計劃》(以下簡稱“《重整計劃》”)並終止公司的重整程序，公司進入《重整計劃》執行階段，《重整計劃》的執行顯著改善了公司財務狀況，(1)重整投資人上海新增鼎資產管理有限公司根據《重整計劃》以及《重整投資協議》的約定已將5000萬元償債資金和2億元借款支付至公司管理人賬户；(2)根據《重整計劃》的規定，公司於2020年12月實施資本公積金轉增股本(不向原股東進行分配)，公司總股本由16.53億股增加至26.61億股，此次轉增股票登記至管理人證券賬户。截至目前，公司及管理人根據《重整計劃》的規定已將相應數量的轉增股票過户至重整投資人證券賬户和部分債權人證券賬户；(3)根據《重整計劃》的執行進展，報吿期內公司確認重整相關債務重組損益。
報吿期內，公司經營業績變動主要源於非經常性損益中的債務重組收益、《重整計劃》中非保留資產擬計提資產減值損失、或有負債、違約金以及罰款等，影響金額約90億元。剔除該部分的影響，公司扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤仍為虧損，主要是根據有關法律法規的規定，公司在深圳中院於2020年9月17日正式裁定受理對公司重整的申請後方可對相關債務予以停止計息，從而導致報吿期內公司“財務費用——利息支出”仍對公司扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤產生重大影響。
