澳洲再出招打压谷歌广告业务 拟容许用户可选择不提供数据
澳洲竞争及消费者委员会(ACCC)提出新规,或允许互联网用户选择是否向谷歌等大型科技公司提供数据,以限制互联网巨擘利用用户上网历史记录作交叉销售产品的能力。
ACCC还表示,可能会引入匿名互联网用户身份识别系统,以便广告商可以监察潜在客户点击其他广告的情况。
此前澳洲政府已计划立法要求平台转载新闻内容时向相关新闻机构付费,ACCC主席Rod Sims表示,互联网行业确实缺乏竞争、选择及透明度。
