諾德股份(600110.SH):孫公司擬進行擴建年產1.2萬噸高端極薄鋰電銅箔產能
格隆匯 1 月 21日丨諾德股份(600110.SH)公佈,鑑於目前鋰電銅箔產業和市場的供需情況,為了滿足核心客户對產品供應的需求,進一步優化銅箔產能佈局,提升公司產能規模及綜合實力,公司孫公司惠州聯合銅箔電子材料有限公司(“惠州電子”)擬進行擴建年產1.2萬噸高端極薄鋰電銅箔產能,擴建產能資金來源為自籌資金和引進戰略投資者。
為滿足上述產能擴建及後續營運資金需求,並有效做大企業規模,公司子公司青海電子擬以3億元人民幣增資惠州電子。
