金冠股份(300510.SZ):2021年度擬向銀行申請授信融資額度
格隆匯 1 月 21日丨金冠股份(300510.SZ)公佈,公司召開第五屆董事會第十二次會議,審議通過《關於公司2021年度向銀行申請授信融資額度的議案》鑑於公司業務經營的需要,同意公司向銀行申請如下授信融資額度:
(1)同意公司向中國銀行股份有限公司長春南湖大路支行申請授信融資最高額度不超過人民幣1.7億元,授信品種包括但不限於固定資產項目貸款、流動資金貸款、承兑匯票業務、保函業務等。
並同意將相關廠房及土地抵押給中國銀行股份有限公司長春南湖大路支行,抵押物具體情況為:1)吉(2018)雙陽區不動產權第0010574號,面積10360.42平方米;2)吉(2018)雙陽區不動產權第0010671號,面積4689.45平方米;3)吉(2018)雙陽區不動產權第0010573號,面積5904.87平方米;4)吉(2018)雙陽區不動產權第0010572號,面積6,170.28平方米;土地面積為33096平方米。
(2)同意公司向擬向交通銀行股份有限公司長春陽光城支行申請授信融資最高額度不超過人民幣2億元,授信品種包括但不限於固定資產項目貸款、流動資金貸款、承兑匯票業務、保函業務等。
並同意將廠房及土地抵押給交通銀行股份有限公司長春陽光城支行,抵押物具體情況為:位於雙陽經濟開發區甲壹路以南、延壽路以東C-GIS智能型環網開關設備項目及研發中心升級建設項目的研發中心101號房產(權證號:吉(2018)雙陽區不動產權第0008276號)1492.38㎡,位於雙陽經濟開發區甲壹路以南、延壽路以東C-GIS智能型環網開關設備項目及研發中心升級建設項目的研發測試中心101號房產(權證號:吉(2018)雙陽區不動產權第0008277號)3765.11㎡,位於雙陽經濟開發區甲壹路以南、延壽路以東C-GIS智能型環網開關設備項目及研發中心升級建設項目的設備廠房101號房產(權證號:吉(2018)雙陽區不動產權第0008278號)14520.7㎡。
(3)同意公司向興業銀行股份有限公司長春分行申請授信融資最高額度不超過人民幣7000萬元,其中授信敞口金額為3000萬元,並同意公司全資子公司南京能瑞自動化設備股份有限公司為授信敞口3000萬元提供連帶責任擔保。具體授信日期、金額及擔保期限等以銀行實際審批為準。
