酷派集團(02369.HK)預計年度虧損4億港元
格隆匯 1 月 19日丨酷派集團(02369.HK)公佈,比對2019財政年度公司擁有人應占溢利約1.12億港元,截至2020年12月31日止年度公司擁有人應占公司預期錄得的未經審核虧損將約為4億港元。
2020財政年度預期轉盈為虧主要由於:比對2019財政年度,2020財政年度收入減少超過50%,主要由於對美國市場的銷售移動電話及相關配件的減少,其一直以來為集團主要收入來源。而美國市場於2020財政年度新型冠狀病毒疫情較為嚴重。因此,集團的毛利率亦下滑,乃導因於部份原材料或因上游供貨商工廠開工不足及物流不暢順等因素導致原材料採購及物流運輸價格上漲。集團雖持續通過業務重組及開拓中國大陸渠道發展調整業務策略,然而,該等措施改善集團的銷售表現仍需時間;及出售深圳市匯盈小額貸款有限責任公司全部股權錄得虧損約5600萬港元。
