*ST中孚(600595.SH)：2020年度預虧13億-15億元
格隆匯 1 月 15日丨*ST中孚(600595.SH)披露2020年年度業績預虧公吿，公司預計2020年年度實現營業收入約80億-85億元。公司預計2020年年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤將虧損13億-15億元。營業收入預增原因系：
1、電解鋁產能轉移順利推進
廣元市林豐鋁電有限公司產能轉移項目一工段12.5萬噸於2020年5月投產轉固，二工段12.5萬噸於2020年7月投產轉固。
2、鋁精深加工業務穩中向好
2020年，公司持續加大鋁精深加工產品全球市場開發及佈局，產品結構進一步優化。公司鋁精深加工目標產品易拉罐罐料、高檔雙零鋁箔毛料的終端產品廣泛應用於易拉罐、利樂包、無菌包等快速消費品包裝領域；高性能鋁合金板材主要用於汽車車身、內飾、油箱等汽車輕量化領域。
淨利潤預虧主要原因系：
1、需計提減值損失影響
(1)採礦權減值：由於近年來煤價持續下跌，且子公司豫聯煤業下屬煤礦受政策性停產和“新型冠狀病毒疫情”影響，未能正常生產，使得采礦權存在減值跡象，因此公司需計提採礦權減值約5.8億元，影響歸屬於母公司淨利潤較去年同期約減少1.6億元。
(2)壞賬及對外擔保損失：根據《企業會計準則》相關規定，公司2020年需計提壞帳準備及對外擔保損失約6億元較去年同期增加5.7億元，影響歸屬於母公司淨利潤較去年同期約減少5.2億元。
2、需計提逾期債務違約金影響
受“新型冠狀病毒疫情”和公司債務負擔較重影響，報吿期內公司部分債務出現違約，同時前期債務風險化解過程中已達成的部分和解協議也未能按期履行。本期因債務逾期需計提違約金約6.2億元較去年同期增加5億元，影響歸屬於母公司淨利潤較去年同期約減少3.4億元。
3、資產處置收益影響
本年資產處置收益0.08億元較去年同期減少10.3億元，影響歸屬於母公司淨利潤較去年同期減少6.0億元。
