競業達(003005.SZ)：子公司擬與易教藍天共同設立競業達藍天
格隆匯 1 月 14日丨競業達(003005.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年1月12日召開第二屆董事會第八次會議，審議通過了《關於投資設立北京競業達藍天科技有限責任公司並簽署相關投資協議的議案》，同意公司全資子公司北京競業達信息科技發展有限公司(“競業達信息”)與北京易教藍天科技發展有限公司(“易教藍天”)共同出資，在北京市設立合資公司“北京競業達藍天科技有限責任公司”(競業達藍天)。
教育部正在積極推進教育信息化的中長期發展規劃和“十四五”規劃的編制，也正在研究出台“互聯網+教育”的指導意見，從宏觀層面為我國教育信息化發展加強頂層設計。2019年國務院印發《中國教育現代化2035》提出要充分利用現代信息技術，注重因材施教。易教藍天的測評診斷智能系統獲得中國可持續發展教育全國工委會可持續發展測評與研究中心認證。該系統通過人工智能大數據和算法，結合自適應學習理論和認知心理學理論，在國家高考命題分析專家和學科專家支持下，形成智能化的九大學科資源庫系統，以技術提供閲卷評價及集體教學能力評價等考試服務支撐，實現學生的學習能力水平評價和學習路徑規劃，從而提高學生的學習效率，提高老師的教學質量和學校的教學管理能力，最終實現個性化學習與標準化教學的統一。
公司此次與易教藍天共同設立競業達藍天，是在全面解讀國家教育信息化相關政策後，根據國家新高考改革和教育信息化需求以及公司市場佈局做出的決定，將易教藍天和競業達智慧教育業務融合，聚焦於K12區域智慧化教育平台建設，不僅順應國家戰略，實現規模化教育和個性化培養的結合，也有助於公司智慧教育業務內涵建設，推動公司整體戰略實施。
此次投資有利於競業達圍繞智慧教育生態鏈，整合內容資源，研發產品羣，打造區域智慧教育整體解決方案，以提高教學質量和學生學習能力為突破，推動公司智慧教育市場的拓展。
