《新股消息》稻草熊娛樂(02125.HK)公開發售超購逾402倍 一手中籤率僅6%
中國劇集製片及發行商稻草熊娛樂(02125.HK)公布招股結果,發售價定於5.88元(招股價介乎5.1元至6.16元),公開發售錄超購402.54倍,經重新分配後,公開發售股數增至50%。每手1,000股,中籤率為6%。該股將於明日(15日)上市,聯席保薦人及聯席代表為招商證券國際及中信建投國際。
公司預計上市集資淨額為9.28億元,其中70%擬用於劇集製作,10%擬用於潛在投資或併購可提高公司市場地位及加快劇集開發、製作及發行的公司,另外10%擬用於取得更多IP,及以透過收購一家專注於網劇投資、開發、製作及發行的優質版權公司,確保劇集製作及發行穩定增長。其餘10%擬用於營運資金及一般企業用途。
