潘石屹:SOHO中國(00410.HK)距離三道紅線遠得不得了
SOHO中國(00410.HK)董事長潘石屹出席活動時表示,去年已研究當局針對房企財務指標要求的「三道紅線」政策,強調SOHO中國的財務指標非常安全,離紅線「遠得不得了」,認為政策出台是國家對房地產的管理呈現出更精細化的體現。
他又透露,公司以往發展目標主要圍繞利潤額和利潤率, 雖然疫情期間曾有人提出通過降薪或裁員的方式來緩解壓力,不過最後公司還是決定按照原有計劃發展,又指疫情尚未結束,對公司和經濟壓力存在不穩定性,今年發展目標為令手頭項目平穩發展。
